I think for a dwarf apple tree, you will want a larger bed than the round. The 17" or 32" height should be fine, but the length and width of the bed should definitely be larger to accommodate the root system comfortably. Take a look at the 9-way and 10-way kit options!
I'm no expert on trees though, so I would recommend talking to local gardeners with more experience or checking out some further resources online.

It is most definitely more of a beige color. I like to describe it at a natural white, similar to the color of a natural off-white pearl. If you are wanting a true white, then the Pearl White color is not that. If you want a better look at the color, go to an RAL color website like ralcolorchart.com and search up RAL 1013. That's the closest match to what our beds look like!

I'm not entirely sure exactly how much space you will need between plants, so it is always best to follow the instructions on the seed packet or discuss with someone at your local nursery.
That being said, the round beds have a diameter of 42", so I think you should keep it to just 1 or 2 tomato plants in a round bed. I believe tomato plants a good amount of room between them.
