My 5 year old son and I put this together and it was made of wonderful material!
Review by Sherry W. on 28 Sep 2022review stating I should have gotten tall beds years ago!
So far I’ve installed two of these in the 3.5 ft x 3.5 foot configuration to replace 16 inch high rotting wooden beds and already have crops growing in them (Swiss chard, beets, kale, and Walla Walla onions). Wow! I already love gardening, but these tall beds take that joy to another level. Planting, weeding, harvesting — everything is easier. My installation experience (I am female, nearly 70 years old, active) has been good overall, assembling the panels and placing the beds by myself on slightly sloped ground. I am very careful to level the beds before the final tightening of the nuts and bolts. The one thing I am a little unhappy about is that the panels on the taller beds have gaps where they join, and I don’t understand why. The panels of the first bed I assembled (17 inch tall 3.5 ft x 6.5 ft) fit tightly and perfectly. So far I’ve assembled and installed 4 VegoGarden beds, the most recent one is 32 inches tall, 4 ft x 8 ft. For the tall beds I use 2 ladders like a turnstile as I cannot step over a 32 inch panel once the bed is assembled. I’ve used one tip that I read in reviews which is to use masking tape to hold the head of the bolt in place so that I can then climb inside to do the tightening. This I do on only the fasteners nearest the ground level as my arm is not quite long enough. I installed an extra set of braces (2 extra on the 4 ft x 8 ft bed) to be absolutely certain the beds will not bow out as a couple of my wooden beds did. The vegetables are thriving, and my goal this autumn is to finish installing the remaining 2 beds (4x8 and 3.5x6.5, both 32” tall) so that all are ready for use next spring. Thank you VegoGarden for making this product. It is not my husband’s favorite task to rebuild my rotting wooden beds. These I can do entirely myself. If I had not taken care of a friend’s cat further up on the hill where we live, I would not have known about VegoGarden beds. On the way driving there I saw some 17” beds installed at the curb and immediately started researching to find the source.

So far so good on the garden beds. I like the height easy to put together, it does take a little time. Worth the purchase. Wish they were a little cheaper.
